Microblading

Microblading is a semi permanent make up technique, originating in Asia, of manually implanting pigment in the skin using a handtool with a row of tiny needles which leaves thin realistic hair strokes, Microblading restores thin, sparse or missing rows or can be used as an enhancement of natural brows.

Also known as eyebrow tattooing, microstroking, feather tattooing, feathering, hairstroking and more.

Initial appointment – 2 hours

Together we design a brow which is totally bespoke to you

Your colour will be mixed from the highest quality pigments just for you

We carefully design your Microbladed brows in brow pencil to ensure you are completely happy with the shape your new brows will take before the Microblading begins.

Once the pencil template is on the skin the therapist will draw hairstroke like strokes using the handtool implanting the pigment into the skin, repeating until your new brows are complete.

The treatment can be uncomfortable, however numbing cream is used to make the treatment more comfortable.

 After Care

After treatment your brows will scab and darken for around 7 days. Initially as the scabbing falls off you may be left with patchy brows, this is normal and more pigment will come to the skins surface over time. Brows need to be kept dry during the scabbing stage and care needs to be taken not to pull the scabs off as this can remove the pigment.

Touch up – 30 days after initial treatment, 1-2 hours

You should come in for a touch up to affirm your new brows for longevity. This appointment can last as little as 30 minutes or as much as 2 hours, depending on the amount of work needed. It is normal that some colour or strokes may have been lost from the initial treatment and will need reapplying in this session.

Final results last 12-18months before a top up is needed.
